Locations:
- Moodle - course outline, tasks, deadlines, grades with work 'handed in' digitally
- Google sites - online presenence, more attractive, plenty of gadgets, including google wave for 3D chat, calendars, etc.
Tools:
- Google docs (or Dropbox?) as an online store and to transfer and use all existing information.
- Dropbox for hotpotatoes (in public folder)
- Voki - as an avatar in the web page - or as an 'audio' option within hot potatoes
The work itself - with students as full/parcial editors:
- Wiki - more detailed collaborative projects
- Blog - alongside class to share and comment (overall participation grade) - within sites
- Google docs - to create text in groups (different groups) - word or presentations, etc
- Google sites - for a more permanent presence, including all subjects, google wave and other gadgets
- Glocker, Woordle, etc - one-off homework or to illustrate the site.
- Twitter - mini-projects (not that relevant to my students / timetable)
- Extranormal - mini-project?
